We were consistently surprised how wonderful our experience was with Exceptional Villas. We scheduled our trip last minute and the team somehow managed to arrange absolutely everything we asked for and was fun and kind and happy the whole time. They never made us feel like we were asking for too much and kept everything incredibly organized and well-communicated. We will most definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend.

Exceptional Villas has been a joy to work with. We've had different experiences booking villas with others which were not as pleasant . They only require 50% at booking and the remainder 90 days prior to the visit. Follow up has been supreme. They kept us updated on all the COVID protocols and stayed in touch to make our trip easy. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Absolutely the best service I could have received. Every email and/or phone call was answered quickly and accurately. The villa we chose was amazing !! Sinead was such a pleasure to work with. She arranged a chef for a night who created the most wonderful dinner. She also provided all of the information rwagding COVID testing and how to get our authorizations. I will definitely be using her again. Loved the entire experience!

Things could not have gone any smoother. Noreen and Elaine were outstanding at their work and provided my family and I with prompt and informative responses. Having delayed our trip to Costa Rica on several occasions due to the pandemic we were faced with multiple cancellations and rescheduling of reservations, each of which were handled expediently, professionally and compassionately. In house chef bookings, dinner reservations, grocery shopping, golf cart rentals and more were all taken care of and delivered as expected. On behalf of our group, we wish to thank Noreen and Elaine for all the work they have done for us. They could not have done it any better! We look forward to discussing our future bookings with them!!

We traveled from the US to Barbados staying for six weeks through the holidays and the team at Exceptional Villas (Paul and Julie) were great in not only locating a choice property for us, but walking us through all the preparation (pandemic protocols etc) step by step before our departure. Upon arrival, we were swooped up by the concierge service and treated as VIP's throughout the check in process (avoiding what appeared to be a very long line through the customs and health screening authorities). Our stay was great after we cleared with negative testing which was taken at our villa pre arranged by Julie and had a lovely time as per usual in Barbados. Unfortunately, for the people of Barbados there was a super spreader event that caused the government to initiate a curfew and ultimately a lock down. Being on holidays, we might have been ignorant of the fast changing rules that were being issued out, but EV along with our villa owner host made sure we were up to date on the stipulations and made sure we did not unintentionally breach any government efforts to tamp down the virus spread. They also helped us change plans as restaurants shut down and sightseeing vendors cancelled events. It was a very smooth experience pivoting from indoor events to more socially distanced outdoor events, but it could have been a difficult situation if we were not prepared and had no assistance in making alternative plans. Thanks for a great trip and we hope that the country of Barbados crushes the infection curve and gets back to the normalcy that we encountered at the beginning of our trip in November!

Simply the best from start to finish. Yvonne's dedication and passion to find the right solution is second to none. Her knowledge of Barbados and ability to share that to find the best solution was priceless. Then it is onto Julie who could run a regiment and a half. Super organised and you know from the first communication that you are in safe hands. Thank you both so much and let's get booking Christmas 2021!
