Excellent Service This is my first time using Exceptional Villas for booking a villa. The knowledge their team have on every villa is wonderful. I booked a villa in Barbados and have been guided through the entire process for arriving to the island during COVID. We are so excited to travel and looking forward to a stress-free vacation. I know we are in very capable hands with Exceptional Villas.

We had communicated regularly with Exceptional regarding a holiday booking to Barbados for the month of November and been assured that the villa we had chosen was available. Off the back of this reassurance, we made all the necessary arrangements, only to be told 10 days before travel that the property was no longer available. Surely, it should be standard practice to reserve accommodation prior to final confirmation?! Deeply frustrating and disappointing experience.

Exceptional villas is exceptional!! We had 2 trip cancellations due to COVID then our 3rd with the tropical storm a week after the island reopened their borders. We finally made it to beautiful Turks and Caicos!! Elaine Dillion was outstanding with all of the changes that transpired since the island shutting down and our trip plans from the whole family coming to unfortunately just my husband and I. Sinead was also a great help for assisting in our services as well!! Their name says it all, Exceptional!!
