My husband and I used this company per a recommendation from a family friend after being let down by several local travel agencies we reached out to for help planning our honeymoon. The staff at Exceptional Villas communicated as expected. The disappointing point of the booking was that it was made on Homeaway. I then had to pay Canada Stays. I then had to communicate with Exceptional Villas. Very inefficient process.
