Really good experience booking through exceptional Villas - Julie Kirby was excellent - very efficient and always replied quickly and made me feel at ease. Brilliant villa and nice to know that staff from exceptional villas had personal experience staying at the property. Good to deal with and I would recommend.

From the very first time I spoke with Aine at Exceptional Villa's to book our stay at Tamarind Hills, Antigua, until my last conversation with Noreen regarding travel arrangements, I cannot find one gripe or complaint. Both ladies were extremely helpful, professional, responsive and an absolute joy to speak with. I had several emails going back and forth with Aine in the very beginning and each time she answered my question fully and right away. By the end of our trip I had over 50 email conversations with Noreen regarding air details, restaurants, ground transportation, excursions, etc and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a reply. Our stay at Exceptional Villas was outstanding, the villa was exactly as pictured and described and even better in person. My husband and I went for 9 days and we were blown away with the accommodations. We are absolutely positive we will be booking with Exceptional Villa's again in the future! Thank you!

Exceptional Villas did an "exceptional" job helping us with our recent vacation. On this vacation we had a little more time to spend and EV helped us find 2 great properties. They also helped us get the best deals at those properties. After helping us secure our dates, they then went on to give us first hand information about the Island we were visiting. They made dinner arrangements, car rental arrangements and gave us great information on things to do on the island. Right before leaving they gave us all kinds of last minute tips and a complete run through of our trip. This proved to be very helpful as the week before going on vacation can be so stressful. We just really appreciate all the efforts they put into making our vacation such a wonderful experience.

This Christmas was the 4th consecutive time we've turned to EV to plan our annual Caribbean break, and were expertly (invisibly) shepherded onto Antigua in Dec 2017 by Noreen Harrington.
