Julie was amazing from the beginning. Her professionalism and patience with the multitude of questions from our family was excellent. Her quick responses and suggestions for the fun things to do and restaurants while in Zermatt were appreciated and booked. The Concierge service is beyond excellent. Three words: professional, friendly and responsive. Our representative was incredibly helpful with booking excursions, transport, car rental and restaurant reservations. We even had our villa stocked with groceries. I would highly recommend this service through Exceptional Villas.

This is our fourth trip to Barbados with EV. Their agents have been super - helping us find and book great spots. They have taken care of the logistics and followed up to see that things went well. They cheerfully dealt with all our changes. Due to EV we had a great time.
