The end result was worth all the hassle that we had trying to secure a fitting date. The clerical side of job was very disappointing, sales guy appointment date was changed due to a staff member breaking his leg. Survey completed on time. Date of works was due 30th May, got a call to change this to 31st May. Then I get another call to say this needs to change to 8th June due to fitter in hospital with high blood pressure. I said this was fine as long as works were completed in one day as we wouldn't be available on the 9th June. On 5th June Sean from High Wycombe calls to say he'll see us on Friday 9th June, I said we wouldn't be here and the office assured me works would be completed on 8th June ,He was very rude and said he wasn't going to argue with me and that he does booking not the office. Shelley from office called , I then reiterated that we wouldn't be available, she said the following week was fully booked and that she was working from home after an operation and hadn't been to the office. I said that I was thinking of just cancelling the whole thing. She called me back to say works would commence 8th June. A lot of stress could have been avoided, also quite worrying that there is such a lot of sickness in this company. Was advised fitters between 07:30 and 09:30. They arrived at 09:30 and worked non stop and finished at 22:50. We duly paid these very hard working chaps for the fitting. They take such pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. As it was now dark we were unable to check the work when asked for payment to company , we said once we were able to check and were satisfied we would contact the office. Low and Behold the office rang 09:30 and requested payment, we hadn't checked work at this stage, payment was made after we checked works. If we hadn't had poor service from clerical staff the works would have got top marks.

Outstanding work! My garage looks like brand new and the lads worked so hard. They didn't stop until the job was completed in soaring temperatures. They also ensured that all mess was removed and the area was clean. They also advised what to do in case of any problems. Money very well spent!

The team removed a multilayered garage roof, which included an asbestos layer, very efficiently and the new roof, plus facia, guttering and a downspout look great.

The guys arrived on time, were pleasant and polite, got on with the job and left the site tidy.

Right from the initial contact, VSF were very competent. The initial sale form was completed and I paid exactly that amount when the final invoice came, No unexpected additional costs. Surveyor came round to measure up and then on % June two men arrived at 8.00 am and began work. They worked safely and well. By late afternoon the garage was done and looking very smart. Would recommend to anyone
