I was a bit nervous about using a national company, but having been given the run around by local firms I took the plunge. Hugely impressed with VSF. The guys were friendly and polite and obviously took a pride in doing a good job. There was a hitch on part of my job but I was kept fully informed and all appointments were kept.

Product is good and I was lucky to have 2 great fitters who worked non stop for 10 hours leaving everything clean and tidy and a excellent finish well done Thomas and his assistant

There was excellent communication as to when installation should be happening and on the day previous the installation team contacted me with the expected time of arrival which was totally accurate. The installation went quickly and efficiently which included having to cut back a lot of ivy and hedge that had grown onto the old roof. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was that a light fitting got broken and there were a few screws and small bits of installation material left scattered around afterwards. But generally - excellent!

I have electrics running into the garage from the house and the pipe wasn't fed through it was left hanging. The expanding foam has dripped onto my sons gardening tools.
