Despite having to travel from Manchester to North West Wales, the installation team of 2 arrived 1 minute before their arranged starting time. After introductions, they got on with the job in a professional manner, asking us to notify neighbours when they were about to remove the old asbestos roofing. With this safely stored, they moved on to the installation of the new roof, gutters and front and back panelling. Really pleased with the whole process, completed within scheduled timescale, good quality, within price bracket, cleaned up after themselves with no fuss. EXCELLENT WORK. Perfect weather conditions helped.

The whole experience from sales to survey to completion of work was straightforward and carried out exactly as stated. There was always someone available to answer any queries and the final work was carried out superbly in one day to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss and all rubbish removed and everywhere left as clean as possible.

The team arrived on the due day and time. They saw the project and were left to proceed. replacement was done extremely quickly with no mess and a very good job was received. They finished and informed me that all relevant paperwork would be sent by email in a few days. This was correct.

Thank you for your response and I can admit that I am more likely to put a review when I have a negative experience. I do this more as a warning to others and only in exceptional circumstances. I feel that good companies generate the benefits of being just that, good companies, and I pass on my compliments to them personally on site. Is it Vsf policy to request 40% deposit when only a quote is requested because that is what happened, otherwise today we would have that quote to compare to our others, for our garage which requires refurbishment. The company employee who attended our property after a request for a quote made on line wanted a 40% deposit, despite being advised that quotes from other firms were impending and a decision would be made when we received them. He spent approximately 1hr 30 minutes with my husband who suffers with circulation and other debilitating problems standing outside on this bright but chilly day. I was just indoors on a phone call and had on 2 occasions tried to rescue my husband from what appeared to me to be a hard sell. I could hear my husband advising that we were expecting others quotes. My husband looked freezing so eventually and I'll admit I was in tears with worry went out and reiterated what my husband had said. Send a quote and if we choose you we will pay the £800 deposit. The employee then started ranting that he could see who wore the trousers in our family. I advised that my husband had ill health and needed to come in. He continued to jeer stating I can see who wears the trousers in your family. How very sexist, I was wearing trousers however in our family as is a majority of modern civilized families men and women are equal. My husband had said over and over that he was not paying a deposit because he hadn't had the other quotes. I only reiterated what my husband had already said, I think the employees reaction was over the top and says a lot more about him than it does about us We are both retired. Needless to say we won't be going any further with Vsfgaragerepairs. We left the Vsf employee ranting outside and went in. The man was twice as big as us and became very verbally aggressive just because we weren't willing to part with our money immediately.

Installation of new garage roof and removel of asbestos was excellent. The men worked hard for many hours any overcame issues as they came up. Full marks. We were disappointed with the sales process as we'd been offered a discount only to find that the discounted amount was what we had to pay to the installers on the day. We both felt as though we'd been conned I'm afraid.

VSF surveyor, efficient and polite, The installers were also very efficient polite, cleaned up after themselves. They also took all the necessary precautions for removing the asbestos sheeting and for disposal. We were supplied with a certificate to show that the asbestos was disposed of in accordance with the Environment agency. Overall very happy Only thing we don't know is if it leaks!! Hasn't rained since. Doubt it very professional job,
