Massive shout out today to Mandy Davies, service department, Volvo Stockton. I was greeted with a huge smile. She then check my car in with great efficiency and knowledge. When the car was ready I received a polite phone call from her stating all was done. When collecting my car, Mandy explained everything clearly and took payment. She then took time to take me to my car and then shook my hand, again giving me a huge smile. Mandy Davies is a great asset to Stoneacre and I wish her well for the future. The Rafale i really liked was a disgrace. Mucky and stuff all over, it was a demo the one of your staff was driving and sales knew I wanted to look at it, if your staff treat your cars that you want to sell then I don't want to know, Cars2 at Barnsley look better and are more friendly

Cannot fault Stoneacre Hull
Cannot fault anything about dealing with Stoneacre Nissan in Hull. Communications with Jon was, at all times, excellent even though everything had to be conducted at 300 and even sometimes 2,000 miles away! I was kept appraised all the way through the process and the handover day went exactly to plan!
