Annah, Mark and Ashleigh were all extremely professional and friendly in all our dealings with them from our initial enquiry, through to the handover of the vehicle. The process was explained thoroughly at all stages and all of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Overall we were delighted with the way the purchase of our new car was handled and can't praise all the staff involved highly enough.

Reece is a salesman who treats his…well

Reece is a salesman who treats his customers as though they are family.we were treated with the highest respect and with dignity. We have been treated like royalty at every stage of the process since we first came to see him about 6 months ago.he answered all my questions about the vehicle. Originally I came to look at the Dacia Jogger but when I tried it I found it not to my liking so Reece asked me if I would like to take a look at a car he thought would be more suitable, but the advance payment was twice the amount I had in my budget, he introduced me to the Symbiox, and I fell in love with it, so much so that I decided I would have the top spec ,biu as the time to change over was 6 months in advance it enabled me time to save the money for the advance payment. .and placed the order, but when the new quarter price list was published it was reduced by £900,So Reece cancelled my order and re ordered at the new lower price. I can't speak highly enough about the attitude and professionalism. My background is in Sales and Marketing, Reece is someone in whom I would use as a trainer in my sales team , but now I'm retired, and dealing with him was a pleasure, he never tried to mislead me or give me any " bull shit" which many car salesmen seem to do these days. He answered all my many questions honestly,and was very thorough when demonstrating the car to me on the test drive, and again on the morning I collected the vehicle, and was very honest with me about his experience of using the hands free parking assist, which in his demonstration did not go according to what it was supposed to do, at the end of the drive before I left the dealership he invited me to contact him and make a longer appointment with him the following week where he would go through everything with me once more. I hope that his sales manager is fully aware of the quality of this young man, and that he should receive recognition for his professional attitude and second to none customer service. I clearly believe that he is Stoneacre ambassador. If you have a staff competition I would very much like him to be nominated for an award. I'm now 70 yes old and don't know how long I will continue to drive,but one thing I know for certain is I will always return to your company in the future , my previous dealership Bristol Street Motors ( nissan) is not even 10 % as good as Stoneacre.

Found a vehicle on AutoTrader

Found a vehicle on AutoTrader. Arranged an appointment with the Wrexham dealership to see and probably purchase a vehicle. Drove the 2 hour, 60 Miles to the appointment. Only to find that the person with whom the appointment was with was not there and the vehicle was no longer for sale. Complete waste of time.
