When I collected my car, Paul was great, even collecting us from the station. The car was waiting in the showroom, looking fantastic, and with plenty of petrol for our journey home. So thoughtful. I love my car, and would recommend Stoneacre Toyota Durham to anyone.

I was there to collect my new car and could not have had a better experience. Russell, Bradley and Steve were brilliant. Everything was carefully explained, by the three of them, so I was well aware of what the whole experience involved. I could not have been happier with the service I received . I purchased my car from the Durham store, the salesman I dealt with was very honest, patient, knowledgeable and extremely professional, explaining everything in great detail, making the whole experience a pleasure. He also ensured that the car left the showroom in impeccable condition when it was ready to be handed over to me.

We had decided on the Yaris Cross Premier Edition but not yet decided when we would buy. When I took my Corolla in for service last Friday, I saw the showroom car, preregistered to the dealership so with a nice price reduction. Danny offered me a very good trade in price for the Corolla so I bought it on the spot! Danny was most helpful and dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The whole purchase was so easy and it was a pleasure to buy from Stoneacre Northallerton. We collected the car on Wednesday.
