I received the wrong shoes, sent several (4) emails. Not one reply from the seller. Still have someone elses shoes.

Bijzondere sneaker, goede prijs.

Ordered 2 pair of the same shoe in different sizes. They cancelled one pair without explanation. The pair they sent me had some imperfections, which sucks for a nearly 250 euro's pair of shoes. At least check the product before sending it. It took aeons to arrive, I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

Alles behalve tevreden. Levering was in principe goed . Maar de kwaliteit van de schoenen zijn echt te triest voor woorden. En er zit ook nog plaksel op wat ik er niet af krijg van stickers die erop hebben gezeten ofzo.

I ordered a item through their online shop, but the item I received was clearly a different color than the one shown on the website. I contacted customer support with a polite request for a prepaid return label, since the product was not as advertised. After receiving no response, I followed up with a second email – again, no reply. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored completely, especially when the mistake was clearly on the seller’s side. I expected better service and accountability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
