I still haven't received a refund. You are not in touch and are ignoring my messages. this is terrible

At first, I thought Oqium had great customer service - but month later I'm still waiting for my refund and I'm being completely ignored. I placed an order (#166340) on 17th August 2024 and later returned the items, in accordance with the return policy. On 18th October 2024, I received an email confirming that my refund had been initiated, yet months later, I still haven’t received it. I have tried to contact them multiple times and even sent a letter-before-action, but I am being completely ignored. I am now initiating a complaint through the UKICC.

Good quality product, but delivery could be faster

Availability, excellent order updates and fast delivery

J'ai commandé une paire de jordan 3, franchement j'avais un peu peur de ne pas la recevoir vu les commentaires sur truspilot, mais tout s'est très bien passé. Recu ma commande avec un peu de retard mais la faute à colis privé qui est un transporteur à la ramasse. Donc si je devais avoir une observation à faire à oqium c'est simplement de changer de transporteur pour ces colis. Sinon parfait Oqium et merci
