I cannot fault direction law, they dealt with our sale of a shared ownership and purchase of another. Phoebe Miller and Lauryn Rhys were phenomenal, they went above and beyond to rectify any issues we bumped into along the way. They had to deal with another solicitor firm that lacked communication skills. Last minute enquiries that were raised, they kept me informed the whole way. Chasing everyday for updates from other solicitors, we ended up needing to complete on a certain date and without their hard work it wouldn’t have happened. I cannot thank and recommend them both enough for their hard work. They are an asset to the Canterbury office!

Bought our first home using Direction Law and they was very helpful and informative. They let us know every step that needed to be taken and every step that had been taken. I’ve honestly had the best experience with Direction Law. Hannah Rofidal was absolutely amazing, she kept me updated all the way through. Not only was Hannah happy to answer my 101 questions but she answered so promptly so I wasn’t left waiting and she fully explained everything. I also dealt with Jade Reed towards the end and she was also excellent with communication, explaining things and replying very promptly.
