We bought our flat in postcode area KT20 with DL as first time buyers back in 2018 and since then have also entrusted them with the 100% staircase of said flat, the sale of that flat and then the recent purchase of our new family house (RH11, completion 11th November) I cannot fault them. Every part of all transactions has been seamless, efficient, informative and friendly. I will try and mention all first names below and hopefully they'll know its them as they will recognise postcodes and my name! Hannah at the start with quoting and guidance, Nathan and Megan in compliance, Isabel for the staircase side, Lauryn, Eleanor and Chris on sale and purchase, Sharon, Barnabas, Anthony, Emma and Louie in completions I haven't kept emails from the purchase of flat back in 2018, but this review also includes anyone from then too Obviously my main dealings were with Christopher the fee earner who did the whole sale and purchase with super quick responses and phonecalls, with help from the team, but genuinely everyone there that I've dealt with delivers 5* service I'll be back again in future and have recommended to friends :) Happy Christmas! I regret choosing them really. They make lots of mistakes on paperwork. Also they do not send you the documents to read until 2-3 days before the planned exchange date. Leaving us no time to raise further enquires. Each enquiry took so long that the sellers on the chain wanted to pulled off. You can never get hold of the solicitor. Poor communication.
