Used them for a flat purchase a few years back and wished I used them again for the sale. They have completely put my existing solicitors to shame with their fast responsiveness to queries (I have found them quicker in responding to enquiries by digging up their records than my current solicitors, despite them not being paid for this work) and in their willingness to be as helpful as possible in their responses to questions. They were great when I bought as well but I don’t often give reviews so didn’t write anything then.

Every person I had contact with during the process of my house purchase were professional & knowledgeable. I was regularly updated and any questions I asked were quickly answered. The communication between direction law, my mortgage advisors (TMP) and housing association (Aster) was extremely good and everyone always knew what the other was doing and which stages of the process were who’s responsibility. I have nothing negative to say about direction law and would very happily use them again if I needed to.

I would recommend DIRECTION LAW highly. Efficient, helpful, quick to respond to calls and emails and answer all queries. They are friendly and supportive. Lyndsey Bailey and Jessica Wareham were my points of contact and they were absolutely brilliant. THANK YOU DIRECTION LAW!

We were in the process of purchasing a flat in London and we were very disappointed by the service provided by another Solicitors' Firm. It took them such a long time to process our paperwork and they were so unresponsive to emails/calls towards all parties, that we almost lost the purchase! Because of the above, we decided to end that collaboration and to go with Direction Law. They were extremely efficient.
