Overall happy especially at end when everything over quickly to complete but been marked down as we told them straight away we had 2 x help to buy Isa which we even queried about how to claim etc, wasn't until a week or so before completion we was told we couldnt use them due to house being to much so lost the bonus which impacted our finances would have been nice to have had that info when they was first instructed

USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL - never answer calls, do not reply to emails ( only when it suits them), tell you all is satisfactory then weeks later send emails asking for all the information again, very exhausting would not recommend to my worst enemy. Yet to have the final invoice yet so we will see what happens then. It is like banging your head against a brick wall.

The Third fort system was a bit of Hassel and was not easy to use. But your staff in the office were of great help and really provided the assistance to get the sale over the line.

I would avoid! My first time buying a home and the whole process was painful, mistakes were made that nearly cost me my mortgage, but no apology. Communication was shocking. Absolutely no time taken to try explain the process to a first time buyer. It would be a one Star but Joshua who i dealt with at the end was much more helpful.
