although not from unpasteurised milk i was super shocked to see the amount of fizz (live food) coming out the bottle - be careful and watch their video and read the attached slip as your kefir will surely spill like a champagne bottle!! my first bottle sprayed all over the kitchen. this is a great healthy product and im looking forward to being a regular customer :)
