I have always had excellent service from Chuckling Goat and have been taking their kefir for a few years now. They are very responsive on their online chat, which is with a real person not a bot, and go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the customer.

Unfortunately the taste of Goats Milk is so bad, it's like vomit. There's no way I could get my son to drink it, even when disguised in a smoothie. Waste of money for me.

My 4 bottles arrived with only 6 weeks used by date. I explained it takes me longer then this to get through order so either send me a batch with a 3 month used by date or send me two bottles at a time but neither could be done so unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my subscription. And buying one bottle at a time is far too expensive.

The product arrived securely packaged within a week of ordering.

Quick delivery and seems to do what it says it will. I have just had a month's course to help microbiome restore itself and having had two sets of antibiotics recently. Whilst the taste is a little acquired, you do get used to it very quickly and I definitely feel better for having had a daily dose for the last month.
