Very unpleasant reaction that led to me having a very upset stomach for 4 days. Customer service was great and told me I’d had a “detox reaction’…full refund was issued but feel they should provide more warnings re kefir being therapeutic grade unlike other available kefirs. Website says it’s ‘powerful’ and the recommended serving is 170ml, I started with less and then stopped and still got a bad reaction. I’d advise others to start with VERY small doses and build up if no adverse reaction. Too strong for me, won’t be purchasing again.
