Great timing

I was inundated with texts from Chris Williams with US CAR-GO and ended up going with another company. When I notified Chris Williams of this via text he asked how much. I answered and he responded with “don’t lie” I responded with “do not text me again”. Why the hell would I lie? Very unprofessional and borderline harassment. Based on the reviews here and my experience, I made the right choice.

Pretty fast services but I didn’t like how much convincing I had to do because ent car was inoperable

Whoever wrote any review above one star must be a relative. Chris Williams and the team (if there is one) are Con Men! After being inundated with calls and emails I agreed to a $950 transport cost. THREE hours before pickup and hours after my apt was emptied by movers, he claimed the driver demanded an addl $500! We had a contract, I was under the gun, so to speak, and agreed to $200. And then I had to sign a 2nd contract. Car was picked up at NOON the next day. Jose of TWO BROTHERS TRANSPORT was the driver. He never asked for more $$ and was Terrific. USE THEM, not that scammer Chris Williams. By the way, I reported the fraud to Amex to cancel and refund the $200 deposit with US CAR-GO Merry Christmas CHRIS WILLIAMS and KEVIN PHILLIPS

Great company to work with

I had a good experience with this company. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they need to work on communication a bit, although this was partly my fault because I was totally ignorant about how car haulers work. Also there was some confusion about exactly when pickup and dropoff would happen. But, at the end of the day, they picked up the car on time and delivered the car within two days. No damage was done to the car, and nothing was stolen. I appreciate their service and would use them again. Very quick service for a journey of around 1K miles.

Service with US Transport was great

Excellent service. The price hiked after the quote, I didn't like that.BUT, only a week later from Nebraska to south Florida. Thanks to everyone that helped achieve the goal.
