The constant improvement of the application making the process as a creator more easy and less stressful. Things like giving us a chance to reupload anytime we need instead of having to wait to be denied was a huge game changer. As a creator I need the app to work with me and not against me. Also, the team is always there to help and they are transparent with a great attitude.

Everything is just so simple. Connecting with these brands makes things extremely easy. You know exactly what you're getting into even before you apply and when you're accepted, you don't need to ask any questions. Billo definitely makes things as easy as possible for creators and brands.

Unfortunately one of the creators I hired was unable to deliver the video. However, Billo's customer service was very helpful taking responsibility for the issue. I've had issues in the past dealing with company support from other companies, but this was a smooth process and a welcome change of pace. In the future I'd be comfortable going with Billo because of their customer service (and because I've ordered before and was very happy with the result). Thank you!

Billo has been a great resource for connecting with brands. I've also worked with members of the Billo team when I had a few questions about my account. They are always polite and encouraging. I highly recommend.

This company misrepresented themselves, their process and level of service. I was told on the demo that they had dozens of creators. That they dedicated an assigned 'account manager' when we buy the $2,500 package. Guess what... we did buy it... and we did NOT get anyone. We purchased on Tuesday afternoon, and didn't hear back until 4pm on a Friday. If you are a company that is trying to create a serious video ads/marketing plan... consider other options. The level of communication is unbelieveable. They said that one of their manager's called in sick. I guess that says a lot about their leadership structure. To be fair, I did get 1 video that is usable, but not at all like the 'samples' they showcase. Good luck!

ok so tbh starting off using the app felt a little overwhelming but eventually I was able to figure it out and what really made me rate them a 5 star was my creator I had do my video. I believe his name was David or Daniel? C. Oh I've forgotten his name. David I think! His energy and vibe made our video perform so well in our ad campaigns we were testing... so we were very pleased! Definitely recommend billo and David. (I hope I'm getting his name right!) Solid company. Will be using again!

Easy and affordable videos for UGC. There are a ton of creators to choose from and Billo really holds them accountable and on their deadlines. The set up process is easy and the videos have come out great!

Bad customer service and the content creators' quality are not the best.
