Great customer service. I contacted RVO as I wanted some advise on some telescopes I was looking at and I wanted to know which would be best for a beginner to astronomy. I had a quick reply from Adam at RVO with his recommendation. From this I ordered the telescope which was delivered next day by DPD with free shipping. Great experience and customer service. Any further additions to my astronomy venture I will definitely go to RVO.

I lost a screw from my Celestron CPC 800 tripod I contacted Rother Valley Optics and they couldn’t have been more helpful They managed to locate the screw, posted it to me within a couple of days and would not charge me Fantastic service!

My little girl had saved some Christmas money and wanted to buy her first telescope. We sought advice from Adam and team at Rother Valley Optics and they were super - checking they had stock before we ordered etc. We had a faulty RDF in the telescope box (not the fault of Rother Valley Optics I should add). Adam did a quick check via the shop and confirmed it was duff and immediately sourced a replacement. We were really impressed and would happily deal with them again and expect we will to buy more goodies soon. Thank you Adam for a super customer service and great comms throughout! :)

My Dad recommend RVO and they did not disappoint, Telescope and accessories had obviously been checked by RVO before sending them out . We received all items ordered, and on free next day delivery by DPD. Very informative and polite staff. Thank you RVO will be using you again in the near future.

I bought the product online and it was shipped as soon as stock was available. It was extremely well wrapped for transit which was great. I had some issues assembling my mount so called and the man I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more gear as needed through Rother Valley Optics.

Excellent communications and speedy service

I visited RVO today and purchased several accessories for my telescope. The choice of equipment is fantastic well presented and the staff were excellent. I found the assistance from the staff helped me buy the right equipment. I will certainly use this shop for my astronomical needs going forward .

Item arrived well packaged but not in time stated due to a DPD error. Emailed Rother Valley Optics who got in contact with DPD and sorted out problem for me package duly arrived. Customer care excellent,
