The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i is exactly as described and delivered early. Thank you RVO. Communication was exceptional, especially considering the current difficulties we are all experiencing. It is very early days for me (I have only the tracker a few days and I am new to AP) for me to fully review apart from an initial reaction. The star tracker is extremely well made. My only issues are 1) the illuminator. As an add on feels it little Heath Robinson. Which is contrary to the rest of the design and manufacture. 2) the manual. Typically inadequately poorly translated for a technical equipment. I also recommend: a) camera shutter release cable B) a angled viewer. Using the in line viewer at 52 degrees can be challenging and painful.

After care sales not very good

I was looking for a telescopic for my grandsons birthday gift. Rother Valley Optics was one of the sites that I visited. I decided to call them after choosing a couple of telescopes I was considering. I was pleased that one of their staff, Roy, was very helpful, clarified a few points and guided me.I made my choice, placed my order online onThursday evening and voila, the telescope arrived on Saturday. Extremely happy and will definitely use Rother Valley Optics again.

I ordered a 14inch Dobinson reflector which arrived pretty quickly, rother valley informed me it may take up to 5 working days as it had to come on a pallet but it arrived just 2 days after i ordered it. The telescope works fine and everything i ordered with it arrived at the same time so i was able to go out and try it straight away. I will certainly be ordering a few more bits and pieces from them in the near future.

Returning to astronomy, have purchased a new Skywatcher Telescope a and Barlow lens. Intend to purchase more equipment from RVO. Assistance very helpful, especially from Adam, has been invaluable. Delivery dates met from time of dispatch. Will certainly be a return customer.
