Everything was straightforward and I was offered a much higher price than from anywhere else for my car. No negotiations when I dropped the car off either, the price Ian said they could offer is the price they paid. It was a Saturday when I dropped the car off, Ian explained that this meant the money couldn’t be paid until the Monday. Sure enough Monday morning the money was in my bank. I explained to Ian that I preferred everything communicating via email rather than over the phone due to memory issues so I could refer back to conversations in the future. He was very accommodating with this and was very efficient and helpful handling any queries. Thanks again Ian. I’ll definitely use you again in the future.
