This is the second time I have used Best Car Buyer and I highly recommend them for excellent service and a great price. James was very efficient on the phone and gave a guaranteed offer as long as I had accurately described my vehicle. The sum offered was well above We Buy Any Car and considerably above trade in value. I chose to drop the car off at Car Supermarket in Barnsley where a very pleasant gentleman quickly checked the vehicle and agreed that my description matched the condition so no haggling and the money was in my account before I even got home.

Fantastic experience, could not recommend any more highly. Spoke with Ian on the phone who took all the details and rang me back within 15 mins to give me a price. The price was over £1k higher than the well known competitor. There was no issues, no haggling, the price was the price. Was offered a collection or I could make an appt and drop at nearest branch 30 mins away which I was more comfortable with. Ian kept me informed by WhatsApp of the whole process and got back to me immediately with any queries. The following day I took my car upto the branch, I was offered a drink, the guy took my keys and paperwork and came back not even ten mins later saying all done, the money will be in your bank within 15 mins!!! Spoke with Ian again and confirmed my bank details as I'd not given them the day prior, I then received an email showing the payment to me and the payment to the finance company for the outstanding amount, plus another from the DVLA to show the ownership had changed. The payment was sent through and was in my bank before I'd even left the dealers forecourt. Honestly could not recommend any more, I will 100000% be using these again and recommending to family and friends rather than using anywhere else. Thanks so much for your help Ian!!!
