First of all they gave me a better price than webuyanycar including pick up and no transaction fees. Really straight forward transparent process, came and viewed the car on a 2 day notice and gave me the agreed amount with no haggling what so ever. Had confirmation of car finance being paid within minutes. To be totally honest I’m surprised how easy and straight forward it was as it was my first finance car being sold and I really had the idea it was a lot more complicated but their customer service was exceptional.
