Although the price received was £250 lower than what I wanted the shortfall was made up with the seamless process after accepting the offer. Accepted condition of car, accepted to pick car up quickly, actually just before Christmas when I thought I may have 2 cars in the driveway for 2 weeks. They moved quickly. Spoke to Alan after getting an online quote. Went into the finer detail of any damage and general condition. Was offered a very reasonable price and didn't chip me hugely on price like other cash for cars companies do. Agreed to drop off later that day. Money received within 20 minutes and he even gave me a lift home! Lovely guy and very easy to deal with.

Well what can I say, initial emails with Lauren Fleetwood were dealt with really promptly and the offer for the car was higher than all the others. It was so easy from the initial enquiry to the collection booking then the collection on my preferred date was a pleasure Jim the collection agent was a great guy who got the deal done quickly, money was in the bank really quickly & Jim was on his way. There was no haggling on price I was paid the agreed value.
