After sending through my request online on the Saturday evening, Lauren responded first thing on Monday morning, emailing me to ask me to give them a call, which I did, and we had a discussion to go over the finer points. She then sent the details to be appraised, and shortly afterwards emailed me a decent offer which was higher than the others I had been given (minus £99 for collection as I don't live near any of their sites for drop off). Once I agreed, collection was organised. This was all done within 5 hours. The car was collected the following day by a very nice chap who arrived on time at 12.45pm, explained he was from an independent company and was just there to appraise. He quickly went over the faults and took photos, then went off to make his call to confirm the details I'd given bestcarbuyer. He waited until the payment was in the bank, then loaded up my car. It was all done and dusted by 1.15pm. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. As long as you describe your car honestly, and have two keys ,locking wheel nut, V55 at your address, and proof of Dealer Servicing, you will get transferred the agreed amount to you account, once the Driver has appraised and confirmed to his Office. Money in account in 10 minutes. You can actually talk and discuss with a human being. In my case a friendly and very efficient Laureen Fleetwood....thank you!

Turned to Best Car Buyer as another company cancelled collection and wanted to reschedule 9 days later. Karl offered a good price and arranged for collection the next day. On checking the car, the locking wheel nut was missing (thanks to the main dealer, although they deny it!). A quick call to Karl reduced the valuation by £100, which seemed very reasonable to me. The pick-up went smoothly, with the driver checking over the car and paperwork carefully. The price was as agreed with no reduction, and the funds reached my account in 10 minutes. Best Car Buyer also informed the DVLA immediately and I got an email confirmation from the DVLA before the driver left. Would definitely use them for future sales.

Excellent communication by email/phone. Very happy with car valuation price, exceeding other dealers. All went very smoothly on day of sale with car collection as arranged and payment received within 15 minutes before the driver left with the car. Would definitely use best car buyer again and can highly recommend to others.

Very easy from start to finish. Got a price online but wanted a bit more so called & spoke to Ian, he said he would try to get the extra & after 15mins came back with the increased offer. Got an email confirming everything & it all happened as expected, collection company checked car to make sure it was as described but unlike a lot of companies they didn’t try & knock down the agreed price. Everything when exactly as Ian said it would which is rare these days so top marks & would definitely use again 👍
