Sold my car with best Car Buyer
Sold my car with best Car Buyer. after receiving a quote I was contacted by Karl Walton, and after advising of scuffs on Alloys and some paintwork a price was advised which I was happy with. Gentlemen came to inspect on Thursday. Called the office and money was in my account within 15 minutes. Professional friendly easy way to sell your car

Great experience
Great experience, great price for my car , great customer service, Karl was fantastic to deal with, highly recommend
Worst car buyer, Retracted offer for no reason, waste of time, AVOID!!
Offered a price for my car which I accepted, I was then contacted by Karl at Car Buyer asking for pictures and further details on service history etc, a day later I received an email saying ‘sorry we have too many of this car type in stock’, absolute joke of a company, it sure why they think it is acceptable to waste people’s time, surely they would have know this before offering a price for my car?? Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time
Beware offer way below when turn up
Not a very good company to deal with just out to rip you off come to the house and then drastically reduce the price that they offered even tho car good just praying on desperate people

I'll try and summarise as best I can…
I'll try and summarise as best I can about my experience. The car I sold was a red Mazda CX5. 2018 Model. 45K miles. Petrol. Bought in Hull Holderness road. Sold at Hull Hessle. As you'd expect for a 5 year old car. The car was in average condition and needed a bit of work. Additional Context: I bought the car from Motor Depot/ Car supermarket (the company I'm now selling it back to) 2 years ago. The car was 3 years old and had a little wear and tear internally. (which I thought at the time was acceptable for a second hand vehicle). Silly me. From the office I obtained a "guaranteed offer" of £16k after disclosing a full service history, any imperfections, 2 keys and all that Jazz. I assumed the imperfections I had disclosed were covered by this offer. Silly me. I agreed to drop the vehicle off to a local branch in an agreed timeslot as they charge £60 for pickup. From arrival to exit it took approx 60 minutes to complete. On arrival I waited for 5 to 10 minutes because the branch hadn't been sent the details of the agreed information from head office. (eye roll) Before inspecting the vehicle, the advisor told me that I'd been offered above market rate for even for a pristine car. . . and that the actual value was £250 less. . . (here we goooo .... ) The Car then proceeded to get inspected. Turns out the items I disclosed to head office will reduce the offer by £800. . . but it doesn't end here. The interior wear and tear I accepted on sale 2 years ago from this company ... are now been called into question. Specifically 1 leather car seat needed upholstering and the touch screen SAT NAV screen had smudgy marks on it. -£300 for the seat, and an attempted -£300ish for the FULL NAV to be replaced. The NAV was declined because A.It worked and didn't require full replacement. B.I found replacement touchscreens for £35 on ebay and showed the advisor, which he accepted. but it shows the lengths the advisor went to to try reduce cost. . . he was absolutely savage. Anyway, my GUARANTEED offer was negotiated from £16k , to £13.8k until we eventually agreed £14.2k. Was it a terrible experience? No Could I have got more elsewhere ? Maybe, but I didn't have the time or effort in me to get quotes etc. My outro If you sell with best car buyer, be prepared for any minor issue to be leveraged in getting your "guaranteed" offer down and NEVER accept a second-hand car from carsupermarket that is less than perfect. Otherwise you'll only pay for it later down the line. Pro's - once the price was agreed it took 20 minutes to get funds.

Excellent, genuinely no hassle to deal with!
Excellent! My 12 yr old car with 88k miles was collected this morning without hassle or haggling. I dealt with Karl Walton by phone and email to agree the sale, he was intelligent, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Polar opposite to my recent experience with Goodbyecar (Peter Vardy) Aberdeen.
