Wasn't quite sure about this product but thought after reading the reviews I'd give it a go,I have to say the shakes are a lovely taste i love all of them,i only started them on Monday 5/7/21 and will weigh myself Monday 12/7/21 to see if I have lost any weight .

The shakes are great ,I like all the flavours. I don't feel hungry so that's a plus I usually snack alot but I haven't since starting the diet . I haven't weighed yet but I do feel better 😌

Only received on Monday. So started on Tuesday so to early to say yet, if it works for me or not yet. But the shakes taste great, I'm even liking the flavours I wouldn't normally have.

I am on my 4th day feel good trying to read product knowledge when not in work as I do 12 hour shifts it helps have one for breakfast and one for lunch then a proper meal when I finish

I was worried incase the shakes were powdery and not nice but how wrong was i they are just like drinking milkshakes and nearly all the flavours are very tasty best diet drink ever and easy to stick to diet x
