Not great tasting and don’t seem to be helping me lose weight even along side the healthy eating and exercise.

Very easy to order, delivered within 3 working days. The shakes taste good, there is a shaker provided which mixes the powder really well. Highly recommended

Only just started them but easy to order and fast delivery. Flavours so far are lovely so fingers crossed lose a few pounds.

Been having 2 shakes a day 1 for breakfast 1 for lunch not hungry at all and the pounds are coming off and I love all the flavours they are sweet tho just as well I have a sweet tooth

These milk shakes are delicious im finding im not snacking on crap and thats with only having one a day

I’ve used this product for a while now I find the program is easy to follow and I also like the packaging as it comes in individual sachets so there is no mess and no measuring out powder ideal for pack up when you are on a tight schedule.

Great service, but the shakes themselves are far too sweet. It’s like drinking a bag of sugar.

Only just started this but so far so good, the milkshakes I have tried are lovely as are the snack bars
