I like this app as it allows me to keep control of my calories, but I sometimes make a mistake and then can't alter it. I would recommend to anyone trying to diet by counting calories

Items arrived quickly and well packed. It is good value for money, and flavours are deliciouse. I have only tried a few at the moment, but feel full and they fit in well with busy life style. I am hoping to lose a few pounds for my daughters wedding in August. so will persivere.

I find Diet Now really good, and the shakes have helped me to lose weight, which I have previously found hard to do before, until I discovered Diet Now. And I found it very difficult to decide on which slimming product to buy as there are now so many out on the market these days.
