I've only been on it a week but feel fitter and have slightly flatter tummy so far shame there not gluten free though as only problem has been the gluten and barley in them which I did ask if they were gluten free and was told yes

My experience has been really good so far

Trying this out with the two week offer, 3 shakes a day (I will probs throw in a meal) can't give review on results yet as this is first day but the shakes are so tasty I'm very impressed! Will update after first week !
