I had a problem with a programmable thermostat that I'd bought from Plumb Arena. I contacted them and they referred me to the manufacturer to see what they recommended. They recommended I return the goods and gave me a reference number. Once I contacted Plumb Arena, they arranged a replacement immediately and I returned the unit with the problem. Throughout they responded professionally and I would have no hesitation to use them again

Placed order on the 7th of December, called on the 10th - no response, called on the 12th and was told someone will call back first thing Monday morning, No response. Called again on the 14th at 9.00am, waited till 10.40am, again no answer. At the end I had to cancel order. Very bad company to deal with.

Plenty of information on the website, and a good range of buying choices, very good delivery times, good prices and P&P reasonable especially if you order over £100 worth when its free.

The initial impression was very good - prices were keen and delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately, one of the items (replacement baffles for my boiler) was not correct. It turned out that the website search engine is not very clever - I had typed in the boiler type and "baffles" which had just one hit, which I ordered; but in fact I would have found an alternative (and correct) item by typing in "baffle". The choice was not helped by the fact that there were no photographs of the items. I immediately emailed back with photographs of the old and new baffles. It was readily accepted that there was an error, and Plumb Arena promised to go back to Worcester to find the correct part. After a few weeks this had still not been sorted, so I went to some competitive sites and found the correct part number, confirmed by a photograph. Plumb Arena then supplied the correct part, and said they would organise another courier to collect the wrong one - to date this has still not been collected.

Overall a good experience, ordered my item on a Thu, was informed delivery will be on Mon but then received another info saying it was going to be delivered on Sat, which was great. Will use again in future. Thank you.
