Ok the delivery was prompt and the item is working fine at present (it is replacing a HR80 which had persistent E3 error problems). I do have an issue, the HR92 arrived in a battery box and not the original Honeywell packaging with no paperwork, no Honeywell installation instructions or user guide there was not even any delivery note or invoice. This was a little disconcerting as it suggests the item is not new and may be a returned item.

Ordered an expansion vessel for our vaillant boiler thursday lunchtime and was told it would arrive on monday which was very good service. But got an e-mail thurs to say it had been dispatched and we should expect it frday. Even better service. Haven't had it fitted yet so can't comment on the part itself but the service is excellent.

Good service up to the point of email asking to reply to get VAT Invoice! I replied but nothing forthcoming, phoned and was told it would be emailed at the beginning of following month-still nothing so phoned again today and hey presto it was sent as I was on the phone! Could have well done without this hassle otherwise as said earlier was good service!

Website easy to use . The programmer was recommended to me by a third party. The item was as expected. Ordered late on a Sunday afternoon , delivered Thursday morning via standard delivery. I was kept informed of how the order was progressing at all time. I would certainly use this site again.
