I chose this supplier based on their advertised price and other reviews. The only disappointment was the lack of information about despatch times etc but other than that the product was received in a timely fashion and is now performing as it should be.

Initially the first shower tray that was sent didn't reach me as the carriers damaged it this was quickly resolved by the suppliers who sent the replacement out the next day

e:mailed within minutes that order had been received and notified that the order had been dispatched and goods will be delivered by the next day and no later then 3pm, goods arrive by the stated time. Great service.

Bought kit which was all delivered promptly and no complaints about service but had an issue with a faulty part and finally got a resolution after writing a review here. Once the review went live i was contacted by the owner and i was dealt with very quickly and curtiously, so many thanks to them for sorting it out. I would use them again.
