Firstly this was my first appointment

Firstly this was my first appointment, I am happy with the explanation as to what I can expect at the next appointment. Happy I was not rushed the young lady was very nice, I am looking forward to see her again. I hope I will still be happy at the end which am sure I will be.

Stay well clear…

I've been waiting 10 months for my teeth and still havnt got them. Customer service very passive aggressive. Wouldn't recommend them .

Excellent results

I'm a nervous patient and the thought of those gunky impressions really put me off getting the work I needed done. I opted for Denturly because of the digital scan and good online reviews. I wanted the more expensive options but due to several issues I had to settle for the cheaper option. I realised then that this clinic wasn't all about sales. They advised based on what would work the best for me. I needed a second scan as the first one wasn't perfect, but they got me in for it very quickly for that unexpected appointment and explained what went wrong with the first scan, apologized for the inconvenience and did a really detailed scan to ensure it didn't happen again. Two weeks after my second scan I contacted customer services for an update and I was informed different, incorrect information, several times over the following two weeks. This really unsettled me, I did lose confidence in the company but customer services (the lovely Seb) understood things had gone awry and did all he could to rectify issues. I do think there is a training need for their customer services team but don't let it put you off, they're good people trying to please. I just wanted accurate information and attention to detail. When my dentures finally arrived I was given the option of having my final fitting at another branch as it would be quicker. I opted for this. My experiences in the clinic were always good, I'll never be a fan of dentists, they do freak me out, but I was cared for, heard and the results are good and natural looking. The clinics are also very clean and well equipped. There were no surprises, I got what I expected and there were no hidden charges, in fact they reduced the cost by £80 as a good will gesture for their miscommunications. I did not request this. I had 11 extractions and it was practically pain free. I am such a wuss and hate those injections but it went well and I was done within 1.5 hours. It took 6 weeks, 4 days from start to finish. I'm almost two weeks on and things are going quite well. I would recommend Denturly. I will return for my next pair in 6 months, once my gums have healed. Thank you Seb at Brindley place & the lovely ladies at the Hagley Rd Birmingham branch, you were right, I do have my smile back 😁 Thank you

Give this company a miss i paid them…

Give this company a miss i paid them £100 and then on my second visit paid £700 i arrived at 0900 on my next visit the staff didn't turn up i went home at 0940 i was contacted by them to say the appointment was at 10.00 which they've acknowledged wasn't correct they then booked a appointment at the end of October which they then cancelled i asked them to return any monies ive paid,the person i spoke to said she would have to speak to her supervisor,she also said they could make a appointment in 2or 3 weeks time which i explained wasn't good enough i explained that i would contact my credit card company to recover monies paid.she then informed me they would contact a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding monies.what a cowboy outfit they're very quick to collect money for services not rendered. Give them a very wide berth

Fantastic !!

Fantastic service. Super friendly and re-assuring dentist, the equipment is top of the range (X-ray process and during the extractions process to ensure I couldn’t feel a thing ) on top of that they are by far the cheapest I found by around 3 times ! Would definitely recommend!!

The staff are wonderful

The staff were wonderful and very accomodating with a very nervous patient. I appreciate things happen but the worst part for me was the 30 minute wait time. Not good for someone already fearful of the appointment. Otherwise the clinic was outstanding.

I am very happy with my new flexible dentures , what a difference they make , thank you ! Also fantastic team from booking line to finish would recommend.
