Putney Branch

I am very pleased with Roshy and her assistant Samura at the Putney branch.They were kind and professional in an ill equipped office.My second appointment was cancelled without a real explanation,l felt very uneasy as l had handed over a substantial amount of money at my previous appointment.However my third appointment thanks to Roshys Professional behaviour went ahead,the equipment she has to use is basic considering the cost l was embarrassed for the dentist. I was rung the day before that appointment asking me if l wanted a 5% discount by paying over the phone there and then l refused and the Admin boy sounded grumpy,then rang me back and changed my appointment to 15mins earlier.All in all l realised at this appointment that l was not at a regular dentists though Roshy is a dentist she is not backed by a Proffesional team.What Denturly offer could be good if it had professional administrative staff and a room fully equipped.

Another failure

After talking to Denturly decided to have another visit to continue with my recommended treatment. I was contacted before my treatment and told if If I paid before my scan I would get 5% off. So I paid £427.50. I duly arrived for my appointment only to have an x-ray. They then said I could not have the dentures that I had arranged for on my last visit and couldn't do the scan (I had paid for) as I need teeth removed first. I would then not be able to have the dentures I wanted. I said I would have to decide on this and take time to think about it. I then contacted Denturly for a refund on the scan I couldn't have as my treatment plan had changed. I was informed that this was impossible as the scan had been booked. It was not my fault that the plan changed and the scan couldn't be completed. I have decided I am going to get remittance through the small claims court.

My Dental treatment …

Chloe the Dental nurse was very reassuring and made me feel very relaxed the Dentist Doctor mahmoud Was talking me through the procedure I would definitely recommend Denturly

Highly recommended!!

The dentist is very professional and made me feel comfortable. Iv had previous bad experience which worried me to find a new one, however, this practice was so nice and comforting I felt confident throughout my whole experience with them. The dentist who saw me was very delightful and calm which made me feel better too. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you very much for your help!

I took my mother…

I took my mother for a new top denture as she had lost hers. Saja and Saba were brilliant with her, the new camera technology they use has made the fit perfect for her and the turn around time is much quicker. I would definitely recommend the company and all the staff.

Don’t go near denturly

Don’t go near denturly - been trying since January to get a bottom denture that is suitable- nothing has worked - have to add fixative 3 or 4 times a day - cannot bite or chew properly- WASTE OF MONEY!! They then decided to phone me and tell me there is nothing they can do unless I fork out £3,000 for implant which only has 50/50 chance of working - stuck with this now - can’t say enough DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY TIME OR MONEY!
