If I could give this company no stars I would. My husband went to the Derby branch, had consultation, and then paid £99 for an X-ray a 3d image, was due to go back but asked to pay £300 deposit first, towards an £1800+ bill which included 5 to 7 extractions and two sets of dentures, which he paid. He explained he had to go for an x ray at the doctors later that day as he was getting fast heart rate, but was told by Denturly to let them know how it went before they proceeded to make the dentures, bare in mind he hasn’t even had the extractions yet. this was 20th September, he went for his x ray at the doctors, to his horror he found out he had cancer in both lungs. We immediately rang Denturly up and said we won’t be able to proceed, they cancelled it but was told someone would ring the next day, they didn’t, we rang back the next day, were told that the dentures had been started to be made, even though he’s only had and X-ray and no extractions still, and were not allowed the deposit back, and were actually very lucky they weren’t charging the remaining £1400+ . On that Saturday my husband had it confirmed by the hospital he had stage 4 Cancer and died only 6 weeks later on Sunday 5th November. Shame on this company, don’t touch them with a barge pole, my husband has died I’m penniless and this company is heartless money making rip off. Taking £300 on top of the £99 for the X-ray, and not refunding the £300 even under those circumstances, even though they knew and told my husband to report back on the result from hospital, and it was the same day that it was paid that we found out. Hi Denturly is a big spike
Hi, I went to this clinic and they made me a treatment plan that I wasn't satisfied with, they have hidden costs and only after the appointment do they tell you what costs you still have to pay. I paid for an appointment for the scan and they told me that I have to pay in advance another 250 lira to do this scan. It is normal and natural for me to agree with what treatment plan he proposes and to give you some time to you decide what is best for you. I wanted to cancel the appointment and asked for money paid in advance and they did not want to return my money back. This clinic and the manager is not fair and not do not do for the patients who come and pay large sums of money for treatments, they cheat the patients bitterly. I make this announcement so that it does not happen to another person, to lose money and time at a this non-serious and unprofessional clinic left a bitter taste and I was disappointed by this deception.

I first went to Denturly in Manchester on August 15 2023. I was seen by a learner technician and performed a 3D scan which I find it unnecessary especially im not a first time wearer denture but I guess its thier procedure so I go along with it and the learner technician never seen her again next appt I was seen by another technician and he had to start all over again more money deposit no receipt been given to me and here come the final fitting on November 7 2023 took 3 months to make my upper denture which they pride on thier website took a week to make a denture which is completely untrue this is the reason why I went to Denturly but I was completely wrong I wish i stick to my first choice which is Smile Better in bury biggest mistake so im here now I got my denture the technician from Denturly told me to take it home and wear it especially he did try to scale a bit but still hurt so he wrote on my notes that this denture was ill fitting make took home the following day it was hurt as hell my gum I couldn't eat so I waited 10 days from Denturly to ring me but nothing happening so I contacted my bank Lloyd's for money dispute or should I say REFUND so I did ring Denturly and I manage to get through but took ages for them to pick up the phone so I spoke to the receptionist and she assure me someone well ring me and oh my goodness it was a member of staff who I spoke to he was so arrogant towards me he won't let me speak I bit his not even read what's the last technician wrote on my notes and he even accused me of being rude to the clinical team he means the receptionist im not rude at all i just told the receptionist what i experience he even said I was barred to thier dentist place in Manchester and no refund why oh why I not done anything wrong it's your company you made a wrong ill fitting denture for me how could I be rude this denture is unwearable and you won't put it right no follow up care whatsoever and you pride yourself in your website that you make denture in a week and took me 3 months so please please people if you ever used Denturly especially in Manchester make sure your 110 percent satisfied please don't ever leave that chair if your not satisfied because no follow up care I been accused of rude and no sympathy to me whatsoever and I got a denture here which cost me 899 pound and 3 months of waiting and its unwearable

Lost my front tooth felt so low, nhs couldn’t help, so I decided to go private, best experience in my whole life finding denturly Liverpool, these guys and ladies looked after me from day one, and after 3 visits I had my front dentures, and my life back, with a great smile, thank you so much denturly Liverpool.
