I am usually a very nervous patient but I felt at ease as soon as I stepped in to Denturly. A stubborn tooth during extraction really made me feel uneasy but I was made to feel comfortable straight away during this process which really helped me feel better. I would highly recommend Denturly to anybody that wants to start being confident in smiling. After a sporting accident, I found it very hard to even open my mouth as teeth had been broken but now I have a lot more confidence in myself. A huge thank you to everyone who helped me get to this stage!

Had my consultation today. As a very nervous patient I was put at ease straight away. The staff I met today were amazing and I can't wait to start my treatment

Went to the birmingham clinic in November, paid £1.424 for the treatment, I changed my mind because I wouldn't be getting the results I was hoping for, (not their fault), was told that I would get a refund within 5 to 7 working days, it's now January, and despite over 20 phone calls, I still have not received my refund. Everytime I call, I get the same answer ' it's with the finance team, I'll chase them up' no one will take responsibility and they won't let you speak to anyone in finance. It's beyond a joke,

I first went in June last year I had the scan the dentures didn't fit They have refused to make any more dentures and have just spoken to them again and have refused to give me a refund so I have no new dentures and have lost over £700 pounds
