OK I will be honest, DO NOT use this company, they cancel appointments on more than one occasion on the day of scheduled appointment. Then the first place I was originally booked into and I had been there three times apparently had shut over night and was told I HAD to go to another practice over an hour away, this has caused me so much stress and not good practice. They seem only to rent rooms out from other establishments, from two I visited. One dental nurse at the first place I visited asked inappropriate questions, no complaints about the dentists and the 2nd dental nurse at the other room was very good, as I was very nervous. Spent 2hrs in a chair while trying to do a 3D scan which should only take about 5mins because the machine was faulty, which left me with very sore gums and even tried to scan my current denture ??? Then to be rang 10mins after leaving will I turn round and go back as it had not worked ??? I was unable to do this as was in very busy town traffic and had to pick to children up from childcare, so had to go back yet again the following week. They even admitted they where at fault as they gave me a £50 Amazon voucher, but would rather have had better client care. Finally got my teeth but omg the fit is awful thought that having a 3D scan the fit would be excellent. I have a list of complaints about this company but it would take to long. Please please save your money go else where. I put a shorter review on there Face book page they have blocked me the day after, and where the comments are although it say's 9 comments when you try to read them "there is no comments available, mmm how strange. DO NOT USE THEM.

had my dentures fitted end of september 2023. paid around £1200 and though I could expect quality and longevity. denture snapped two months later and had to get a new set made which took 2.5 weeks and no effort was made to help me have something temporary in the mean time despite me begging them to help me out as I work and have a customer facing role. you can imagine the stress I had to go through wearing old broken denture and was told they couldn’t do anything. Anyway got a new set in March and it snapped again inNovember. And when I called them I was told I was informed by dentist of this potential problem of dentures snapping, which is a complete lie. I was also told I will now have to pay £100 for a consultation and no guarantee they will replace the broken denture. so disappointed and very upset with this treatment. don’t recommend this company, waste of money. they are just money grabbing and have no empathy for their customers. Go to somebody reliable and trustworthy. This company can’t be trusted.
