We contacted Stephen’s Removals when we were in a panic re arranging a move when we were only able to exchange the day before completion. The staff in the office couldn’t have been more helpful. Claire, Tracy and Emma were brilliant and very understanding. Stephen the Surveyor was efficient and great to deal with explaining everything very clearly. The team that moved us were stars, Dean, Paul and Mason, making what could have been a very stressful day quite enjoyable. Great company who I would recommend to anyone.

Our move was done over two days, the removal men arrived at the time they said they would, they had everything loaded in two and a half hours, they arranged to meet us at our new address and unloaded some of our furniture, they arrived next morning at the time we arranged and everything was put where we wanted it to go. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault the service

The team we had on the day were amazing. The house we were buying hadn’t arranged sufficient removals and all her furniture was still in the property once we had purchased it. They team cracked on and rounded up all her furniture in one room unloaded hers and then loaded up hers and moved her out. We were so lucky we had such gentleman moving us on the day.

Moving is stressful as everyone knows, however the removal men from Stephens were brilliant! They were early, very professional and good humoured. Nothing was too much for them to do. They were very careful and caring with our furniture and belongings. They also had a great sense of humour! A day that could have been stressful turned out to be very pleasant and not too much hard work, for us of course! I fully recommend them!

All staff are super efficient, helpful and friendly. Both Bradley and Mark went above and beyond to get our furniture in. If there was a problem, they just found a solution and carried on. We have moved into a small cottage and it certainly presented it's challenges. I cannot recommend Stephens Removals enough.

When you have lived in your home for 50 years and have accumulated lots of treasured memories the thought of moving on to a new home several hours away was daunting. After contacting Stephen’s Removals all original concerns were dispelled as we were able to arrange “ a three day move” As senior citizens we could not have been more impressed with the kindness, care & consideration given to our family and our possessions.
