From my first contact with Stephens Removals' office my preferred date was confirmed as currently available. A few days later following exchange of property contracts a further call was made to confirm the day. I paid 60% deposit to reserve my booking, the balance due to be settled after removal was completed. The 3 removal crew arrived slightly early on the day which was reassuring. They worked very hard and carefully without complaint (how they lifted some of the weighty items God only knows) and later following the 17 mile journey completed the entire household removal by late afternoon. If I could award 6 stars I would.

We had a fantastic experience with Stephen’s removals today. The lads were excellent, really friendly and so hardworking. We loved that we had a surveyor come round personally to quote, and the on the day service was great. We had 2 men come and pack up our property, and were joined by a further 3 to unload at the new house. All done quickly, safely and professionally. Thank you!

From the first visit to quote for the work the surveyor was excellent. His customer relationship was perfect. I felt at ease. He explained every process and gave me so much confidence that his company would do a great job and when the price came I had such a good feeling that we discussed it and decided we didn't need a second quote. The men were so good and nothing was a problem. They were lively and full of fun and banter. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.
