Excellent. Removal to storage and back out again 6wks later. Wardrobes didn't fit up new stairs so we're taken apart and rebuilt perfectly. Men were polite and did a good job.

Stephens were superb. Honestly there really aren’t enough words to describe what a help they were. Totally professional and incredibly hardworking. The level of care taken packing was top notch, not a single dink/scratch or breakage. I would recommend to anyone.

I can't fault Stephens removals, they were fun, professional and hard working from start to finish. We had a 1.5 day pack then a 2 hour drive to our new house and they were on the go the entire time. Really made a very stressful move a lot easier!

Stephens were supportive and understanding from when I first made an initial enquiry through to the removal of my furniture. When I had any worries I was reassured about my concern and they put my mind at ease. My move was over two days and on both days the removals the men were friendly and efficient arriving in time at both destinations. The Team were super for our 3 day move ,they overcame a very difficult entrace to our drive were always ahead of time for the start of each day they were polite and made our move an enjoyable experience. Everything was going smoothly until completion was delayed by 5 hours. Your staff were amazing Never once did they seem bothered with the delay . By 4.30 we had most of Stephens staff at our new house. And at 5 .17 we completed your team moved us in in under an hour including building a wardrobe . They were amazing and we can't thank you enough
