We used Stephens after being recommended and they so lived up to the reputation. Quotation didn’t record information I gave them and now they are trying to bill me for an extra vehicle despite telling them on quotation there maybe an issue with access and again when I rang to book. 4 damaged items and one large item missing. Items were packed with plenty of packing material by myself over a considerable period of time. All they could offer me was a £50 goodwill gesture which is a fraction of what I’ve lost. They seem to view not taking their insurance (costing in region £160) an excuse to just chuck stuff around. Quotations aren’t realistic. On the day it’s a different story. Maybe these guys should do the quotes as well as the moves. As a company with a supposedly good reputation I’m very disappointed with their terrible attitude and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to use them after my experience.

Service was seamless & ran smoothly from beginning to end. The removal men were reliable, trustworthy, courteous, polite & very professional. Stephens did all our packing as well as removals & we were pleasantly surprised at how quick & efficiently they worked, even packing glass & china very quietly. Made it a pleasurable experience. I cannot fault the service from Stephens Removals. Liam and Jacob were two of the nicest guys you could wish to meet. They were so professional and took great care of my belongings. The service was excellent.
