From the initial contact to the removals personnel leaving our new property I have nothing but thanks for the professionalism, kindness, fun even during the move and how everyone helped was kind and considerate. We had a few issues with our exchange (solicitors on another party) but everyone in the office helped us through it and even comforted over the phone to keep me sane. The day of the moving went like clockwork from Stephens and team work between 2 teams helped it come together with 2 teams helping us move in, as they had helped each other with another moving in. So fantastic to see. Nothing damaged, nothing to much trouble despite dodgy stairs and a few changes of where boxes and mattresses went. And lots of laughter along the way too! Can't thank you all enough, including warehouse and office. I can't recommend highly enough.

The second time we've used Stephens, 34 years apart (we've only moved twice!). Both times excellent service, this time they packed for us too. Can't fault them. Everything went well, and the removal team were patient, even with a 4 hour delay moving in. In fact, as it was so late in the day, other crews rallied round and we had about 16 guys ferrying boxes into the new home. Highly recommended.
