A very stressful day, with hold ups in the c he ain and a long wait for monies to be received i e 4.45pm. The Stephens remover men were so patient and understanding and just took everything in their stride, even though they had thought it would be an early finish. They really helped to alleviate the stress of the day. Staff in the office and warehouse very helpful and pleasant. .

Contacted Stephens Removals and had a survey carried out promptly followed by a reasonable removals quote and booked a date which had to be revised due to Covid. Communication and assistance with queries was good and in a friendly manner. On the removal day the team arrived on time and wasted no time in beginning to empty the house. They worked extremely hard and efficiently in both loading and unloading at the other end and reassembled the beds. Nothing went missing or got damaged en route and everything was placed where I wanted it to be. I can highly recommend Stephens removals and would use them again if I were to move home again.
