We had some damaged items and one of these items was a precious photo we saw on the floor on the road and would assume it fell out of the van. The men did not say anything about this. It was replaced which is why we have given them 2 stars! They over charged us with boxes that we never used and there was no offer of a refund. They even charged us for new boxes when many of them were second hand. I didn't see evidence of their covid-19 guidance in place which the salesman was very careful in following. They arrived 5 hours earlier than agreed and I was going to complete the final bits of packing during this time. The excuse they gave was that not everything was ready.

Our removal took place during the day before and the first day of lock-down. Our furniture was stored for the duration and finally delivered in late June. The men were very helpful in difficult circumstances. In addition to the removal Stephens packed for us and I think we would not have been able to move had we tried to pack ourselves. Friendly, helpful and professional.
