Good value, but came at a cost of rushed workmanship. The chap completing the work was hurried and I even heard him in the loft on the phone saying that he would be done with the job as soon as possible (in a manner that felt like he was rushing to leave, to get somewhere else). It could be seen afterwards by lack of tidiness in how things were drilled and screwed in, as well as this, there was rubbish left in the loft space (chucked over the insulation, hidden behind the boarding and shelves). Overall the job was done as agreed and is holding up well. I am though disappointed by the workmanship, and although I was phoned up by the manager, no form of compensation was offered. For this, I would not use Amazing Lofts in the future and would try another provider. Edit in response to Amazing Lofts 29/11/24: You phoned me twice and left a message, apologies I did not get back to you, I did not have capacity at the time. An email follow up would have been more suitable. You have to understand that you already phoned and spoke to me prior to the more recent attempted calls and we discussed the matter in depth. During this call you offered no form of compensation or real apology. I signed off the work as I believe the job was completed sufficiently, but to a standard below my expectations. You completed what was required, but it was shoddy and the workman was unprofessional. As previously stated, I will not be using you again. I would also now add that I would not recommend you, as I believe I missed this previously.

Amazing Lofts made the whole process seamless and seem effortless. From my initial quote to relaying the loft, the service has been excellent. The engineers who worked at my property, thoroughly explained what was going to take place and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing lofts did an excellent job with our loft. The workmen were pleasant and helpful, the electrician did more than required and the office staff couldn’t be faulted. I’d recommend them.

This company was amazing from start to finish the survey was great the service was quick and the surveyor was very informative with lots of information. The day of installation the two guys was on time very polite and worked very hard until the job was done they was also very tidy and even cleaned up afterwards to a spotless level like they was never hear I would highly recommend this company our loft space and ladder is now amazing and very useable Thanks again

Quick service, no issue with what needed to be undertaken and we were provided with good advice and speedy installation. Cannot fault it at all and all for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend to others

Amazing Lofts did an excellent job boarding our loft. The team of Ricci & Trevor, with Danny the electrician, was professional, thorough, and the standard of their work is top-notch. The project took a day longer than expected, but we appreciated their commitment to giving a quality product. Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would recommend them for quality loft boarding.

The boys were polite, clean and tidy. The work was done quickly and extreemly well.

The organisation/timing was not great. Was supposed to be a morning job but did not start until 1.30pm-2pm The actual worker who did the job done a fantastic job
